Before our day together, we’ll have an hour-long strategic kick-off call where I'll get the details on your business and make sure you have done all the necessary steps to make sure we can get your file set up – so that when we get on the zoom meeting it's go time!

Set-ups include a 1 hour pre-set up strategy call, access to my training materials (as-needed), up to 8 hours of 1-on-1 remote Quickbooks Online clean up/set up, support, and training on set-up day, and 7 days of follow-up email support.

  • Quickbooks Set Up

    You just got a new Quickbooks file OR you know you want to use Quickbooks Online but haven't even purchased the file yet because you don't know what to pick!
    • We walk through the Quickbooks purchase together, then set up the chart of accounts, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Products and Services, Vendors, and Customers the way that works best for your business as well as integrating any tools you use to streamline your bookkeeping.
  • Quickbooks File Renovation

    You've been winging it for a while now and you really don't know where to start. Overwhelm is a serious thing.
    • We start by assessing the foundation of your chart of accounts, products and services, vendors, customers, and software integrations. Once I have found the pain points, we go through the items to restore, organize, and clean together and train on new and efficient methods. Video tutorials will be created and provided within 4 business days from the appointment. All attempts will be made to complete the renovation in the 8 hours, but this is completely dependent on the severity of the file clean up. 
  • Quickbooks Online Training

    You just want to learn more about Quickbooks and how to use it better but not from generic Quickbooks tutorials or from their chat or phone support. 
    • We use this time to create customized video tutorials for yourself or members of your team to use to keep your Quickbooks file spic and span every month.
  • Setting up a new employee on Quickbooks Payroll

    I've hired or am about to hire an employee, now what? What forms do I have to give, what information do I need?
    • We create an employee on-boarding packet, set up 30, 60, 90 day check in schedule after hire as well as a weekly huddle template. Lastly, we will set the employee up on Quickbooks payroll and create training videos for running and maintaining payroll. 

       

Here’s How It Works:

 

Step 1:

Secure your spot by making payment. Once the payment is completed, a confirmation email will be sent with a link to my calendar. Choose a day that works best for you.  Ensure that you give yourself time to do any prep work before the set up day. You’ll need to be virtually “available” the entire day for providing feedback, and/or hopping in to do tasks along side of me so that you can learn how to do them on your own, as I work through your list of requests. 

Step 2:

Once you’ve booked your date, you’ll receive 2 emails from me. Pay close attention to the 2nd email, and if you don’t get it, check your spam. It includes all of the important pre-work info you need, including access to your workbook & bonus training, and a link to schedule your pre-intensive call. 

Step 3:

On the day of your set up, we start with a zoom screen share meeting where we will go through the list of items I have questions on.  It IS a very collaborative process, and depending on the needs of the situation, you may be requested to take part. It's my goal to make this process as easy and painless as possible, but when working with integrations outside of Quickbooks, there may be some research or chat support needed by account holder.

Step 4:

Once we’ve completed our day together, I’ll be available to you for 7 days via email, so that you can reach out if you find yourself lost, confused or stuck on anything related to the work that we accomplished. Within 4 business days of the set up meeting, a series of video tutorials will be provided to you so that you can use them yourself or train a team member to take over some Quickbooks tasks.

Shh...I'm going to let you in on a little secret

Setting up a chart of accounts is my jam. Seriously, I geek out on it and feel super accomplished when I scroll through a beautifully organized chart of accounts, but I'm guessing you don't feel the same way.

So why am I telling you this? Because, you need someone who lives and breathes this stuff on your team, so that you can rest easy knowing that when you hand your CPA your financials, they won't roll their eyes.
