No this program works best with Quickbooks Online Simple Start version and above. It's not meant for Quickbooks Desktop or Quickbooks Self-Employed.

But the recorded training does go over the steps to transition from Desktop to Online.

We do not have time in the guided sessions to go over the Desktop transition. Desktop transition is recommended for the 2 day Bootcamp or the Bookkeeper for a Day service.

I will be training using sample company files and templates. You can share as much or as little information as you want in the group setting. It's the preference of many of my students to provide me direct accountant access to their Quickbooks Online file for the training. This allows me to hop in an individuals Quickbooks file in the background (on an unshared screen). The group can hear the answer to the question and share in the learning without everyone seeing the sensitive information.  Accountant access can then be removed after the trainings.

No! Not at all. In fact, if you don't have a Quickbooks file yet, I can help you get a long term discount on your Quickbooks file that is better than you can get directly from Quickbooks.

Since I have not seen your individual Quickbooks file and I have no idea how many bank/credit cards, integrations, etc are connected to your Quickbooks (i.e. how complex your bookkeeping is) I can not guarantee that your file will be COMPLETELY set up and cleaned up during these sessions.
